On January 14th, the Center for Canadian-American Studies at Western Washington University will kick off its annual speaker series. This year’s theme is “People and Cultures of Canada” and ACSUS’s 2025 Donner medal recipient, Nadine Fabbi, will be the first presenter.
As discussions around Canadian identity and culture continue to expand beyond academic spaces, access to Canadian voices has increasingly moved into digital formats. Many audiences now engage with Canadian news, documentaries, and cultural programming through online platforms, making cross-border cultural exchange more accessible than ever.
